Just wanted to draw everyone’s attention to a few things:

Waiting for Inspiration
Lately it seems that I’ve run across more sources for cool inspiration than I have time to work with right now:

Numbrix
Does anyone read “Ask Marilyn” any more? Ever since I was a child I enjoyed this column in the Parade weekly paper. However in recent times I’ve been disappointed to see her answering questions that were less about creative solutions or logical reasoning and more about basic research. In this day and age of Google and Wikipedia I don’t think the woman listed in the Guinness Book of World Records Hall of Fame for “Highest IQ” really shines with questions about the amount of acorns a squirrel should eat.

June Review
Wow, just wow. I just took a look at the stats for the site and June was the best month so far for Cymon’s Games. I was actually unprepared for the spike. I’ve been doing quite a bit behind the scene to improve the site so I thought I’d make mention of a few things.

XO2, the Coolest Computer Ever
I didn’t know what if I was going to write about anything this week. Then a comment on this site led me to this news bit. I just about fell off my chair.

Word of Mouth
My birthday is coming up. This Saturday, July 6, to be exact. I expect you all to get me nice things in celebration. Now if you’re short on cash, don’t worry, I have something else you can get me for my birthday that won’t cost you a penny.
Of course if you’re interested in a monetary celebration of my birthday there’s a donate button on the right there and I won’t dissuade you from clicking it. Maybe if someone were nice enough I can finally afford a Wii with a Wii fit and get back into shape a little.
Programming Math
This will be the first in what will hopefully be a long line of programming resources. I ran into this on YouTube, kinda by random. It moves a bit fast and can be hard to follow, but that’s YouTube’s 10 minute restriction for you. I feel it would benefit from a worksheet you can use to follow along, but I love the concepts it presents and you can always press pause.
Video after the jump.
